How Limber Works:
1) First complete our medical assessment, created by our team of doctors.
2) After learning more about your injury and goals, Limber tailors an exercise therapy program for you, which focuses on a scientific approach of restoring motion and advancing strength.
3) Begin your program from the comfort of your home. Your program will include a series of easy-to-follow exercise therapy videos that will become increasingly more challenging. Each video is between 15 - 25 minutes, guided on screen by our expert physical therapist.
4) Limber tracks progress and adjusts your program accordingly based on clinically validated measures. The Limber app also features clear and concise educational content.
5) You’re on the evidence-based path to reduce pain, resume normal activities, & minimize risk of future injury.
